Which airport for the Alps
What people call a private airport is usually the business aviation side of an airport, with its own terminal. Several of them serve the Northern Alps.
Geneva
Widely used by the international guests of the Savoie and Haute-Savoie resorts. We deliver the car there on quote, or a chauffeur meets you. As Geneva is in Switzerland, the international cover option is added, subject to approval.
Lyon Saint-Exupéry
About an hour from Chambéry on the A43. Car delivery on quote, or a chauffeur transfer to Lyon, Annecy or the ski resorts.
Chambéry–Savoie
On the shores of Lake Bourget, closest to our garages and to the Tarentaise road. A Corsiva chauffeur meets you there; delivery of a self-drive car can be requested from our team, subject to confirmation.
The smaller airfields
Courchevel Altiport, a stone's throw from Courchevel 1850, Annecy Mont-Blanc airport and Lyon-Bron, the business airport east of Lyon: on request, to be confirmed with our team depending on your flight and terminal access. Courchevel and Annecy station remain regular delivery points.
Two options: the car or the chauffeur
A delivered car, to drive straight away
Our team brings the car to the agreed point, carries out the condition report and hands you the keys in a few minutes; you return it in the same place when you leave. Handovers take place from 9am to 8pm, Sunday to Friday: for a late flight or a Saturday, talk to us before booking.
A chauffeur, to be driven
A Corsiva chauffeur in suit and tie meets you, takes care of luggage and skis and drives you to your hotel, chalet or meeting. By the trip, or by the day if the chauffeur stays at your disposal during your stay. The two combine well: a chauffeur for the arrival, then a car delivered to the chalet for the rest of the stay, arranged with our team.
Preparing the arrival
For a quick quote, send us:
- the airport, the date and the expected arrival time, and if possible the business aviation terminal;
- the option you want: a delivered car or a chauffeur;
- the number of passengers, bags and skis;
- the destination and the length of your stay;
- for a self-drive car, the driver's licence and ID, uploaded with the request.
Our team confirms the meeting point under the airport's rules, then sends a secure payment link for the 30% down payment. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before. Tolls are never included. In the high season, especially around the Christmas and February holidays, book as early as you can: the best slots go first.
Which car for an arrival
With luggage and skis, two cars stand out: the Mercedes G 63 AMG 2025, a 585 hp 4x4 with five seats, and the hybrid Porsche Cayenne Coupé, five seats and a generous boot. For a business meeting in Lyon or Geneva, the silence of the electric Porsche Taycan. From November to March, the whole fleet is winter-equipped.
During your stay
Once you have arrived, the car stays with you: 200 km a day included, fully comprehensive insurance, and a team you can reach on +33 4 80 81 91 38. The chauffeur can also stay at your disposal for journeys around the resort, dinners and meetings. My flight lands late or on a Saturday. What can I do?
Car handovers take place from 9am to 8pm, Sunday to Friday. For a flight outside those hours, talk to our team before booking: they will suggest the right option.
