A car concierge service in the French Alps takes on everything an owner would rather not deal with: finding renters, checking them, handing over the keys, cleaning, maintenance and paperwork. Corsiva runs this service from Chambéry, in Savoie, for owners of premium and luxury cars across the region, from Lyon to Annecy, Chamonix and Courchevel. This guide explains how it works, what you keep, where the car lives and which cities we cover.
Corsiva takes premium and luxury cars belonging to private individuals or companies into its fleet and runs them as rental cars. Customers book; our team handles the rest:
More than 30 owners have already trusted us with their cars. Our team is on the ground in Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains, Annecy and Lyon, and can be reached 7 days a week, from 9am to 6pm. We also negotiate discounts with our suppliers (garages, bodywork, wheels, detailing and cleaning); the terms are presented at the first meeting.
A premium car often spends most of the year parked. A concierge lets it earn while you are away, without you having to vet strangers, meet them at a station or check the car after each rental. Our Google rating of 4.9/5 from more than 100 reviews, and over 7,000 followers on Instagram, come from that day-to-day work with renters. In return, you accept that the car is driven by others and covers more kilometres: our article on buying a car for rental management looks at wear and depreciation honestly.
You keep 70% of the rental income; the remaining 30% is Corsiva's management fee. To give an order of magnitude: a BMW M3 Competition, rented at €399 a day for around 35 days a year, generates about €14,000 in rental income over twelve months. That means about €9,800 for its owner, or around €817 a month on average.
This is an indicative, non-contractual estimate based on low-season base rates. No income is guaranteed: the actual result depends on occupancy and on how often you make the car available.
Our income simulator runs the same calculation for your model and your availability. Thinking of buying a car specifically for this? Read how a dream car can cover part of its own costs.
Two options, the same guarantees.
For owners in the ski resorts, the logistics are agreed at the first meeting: the car kept in Chambéry, or transfers planned around your stays. Our article on Chamonix, Megève and Courchevel goes into the detail.
You decide how your car works. In self-drive mode, verified customers book it online, with 200 km a day included, and we deliver it to railway stations, ski resorts or their address. In chauffeur mode, a Corsiva driver in a suit takes the wheel: weddings, with the 5-hour and 8-hour packages of Corsiva Weddings, events, and transfers to Chambéry, Geneva and Lyon airports. You can also combine both. Our article on chauffeur-driven cars for film shoots, hotels and private jets shows the kind of work involved.
There is no commitment: you can pause or stop on simple notice, and take the wheel back whenever you like. Your identity is never shared with renters: the business relationship is handled entirely by Corsiva.
