Chamonix, a clientele from all over the world
At the foot of Mont Blanc, Chamonix has two full seasons. In winter, skiers and freeriders share the valley's ski areas; in summer, mountaineers, hikers and trail runners take over, right up to UTMB week at the end of August. A good share of these visitors fly into Geneva, a little over an hour's drive away, often without a car, and need one to reach their chalet, Megève or the neighbouring valleys.
The valley is also home to many British, Swiss and Scandinavian owners of chalets and apartments who spend only a few weeks a year there. The rest of the time, their car sits still. That is exactly what a concierge service is for: the car works while you are away, rented to vetted clients or driven by a Corsiva chauffeur for a transfer or an evening out (see our chauffeur guide), and it is waiting for you when you arrive.
You receive 70% of the income with no commitment, and you block out the weeks you spend in the valley. More than 30 owners have already trusted us. Your identity is never shared with clients, and a dedicated account manager looks after the car while you are elsewhere. From Chambéry, 1 hr 45 by road
Chamonix is about 1 hr 45 from our Chambéry storage units. Your car can stay in your garage or your residence's car park: once a rental is confirmed, our team comes to fetch it and later puts it back in its place, documenting its condition in photos and video on every trip. Alternatively, it can spend the season in our units, ready for the next booking until you ask for it back.
Given the distance, we prefer to be upfront: the arrangement is decided at the meeting in your home. Storage or home, available dates, how often the car is transferred, how the weeks you are away are handled: everything is set out in the contract before the first rental. If you live abroad, we schedule the meeting during one of your stays in the valley and follow up remotely afterwards.

What your car will do in Chamonix
Transfers from Geneva
International clients land in Geneva. A suited Corsiva chauffeur meets them and drives them to their chalet, or the car is handed over to them for the length of their stay.
The winter season
From December to April, a four-wheel-drive SUV links Chamonix, Les Houches and Argentière, taking skiers and families to the valley's ski areas or to neighbouring resorts.
Summer climbing and hiking
In summer, climbers and hikers want to reach trailheads, cross the Col des Montets or take a rest day by Lake Annecy, in a comfortable car between two outings.
